What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect what you enter: name, email, optional phone, home of interest, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and any message. We do not process special categories of data and we never ask for payment details: no online payment happens on this site.

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical browsing data (such as IP address and system logs) for security and operation.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use your data only to answer your request and handle a possible direct booking. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent, given by submitting the form. We do no profiling or automated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your data is handled by providers acting as processors or independent controllers:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards the forms submitted on the site to our mailbox. The service runs on servers in the United States.
• Vercel: hosts the site, on servers that may be outside the European Union.
• Google Fonts: the site fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive the visitor's IP address to deliver them.

Any transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep the request data for as long as needed to handle it and, if you become a guest, for the legal obligations tied to the stay. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to ask for portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@rmhomes.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
